Join us for a Bibimbap workshop. Learn how to make this mixed rice dish using seasonal and accessible ingredients. Selina will demonstrate the traditional way to prepare vegetables that are brought together in this dish. The class will include a cooking demo as well as the opportunity to get hands-on in preparing this Korean specialty. Everyone will create their own version of bibimbap to try in class. At the end of the session, we’ll bring everyone together to gather around the table to share in the class-prepared bibimbap, along with homemade soup, and kimchi and pickles provided by Selina.
