YAY! I’ve been working on finalizing the menu for our Banchan (Korean Side Dishes) Workshop coming up in May 16 and revealing the menu today. We will be cooking 5 dishes in class with our guests. You can sign up for two dishes of your choice and will make them in rotation. Menu sign-up sheet will be posted once the registration process is closed. As usual, there will be a quick egg technique demo that I’ll be showing everyone. You can sign up HERE for the workshop in May (only few spots left!) or sign up for Fall workshop in September if you like to plan ahead. I can’t wait to share these fun and delicious recipes with you and looking forward to cook and feast together. Bring on the Banchan!
