Hello! Hope your #friyay is looking good moving into good weekend! I have this awesome recipe to share today and maybe if you are in the mood, you can make it this weekend! It’s a modern twist on very traditional Korean dish called Sanjeok Kkochi, basically means marinated beef and assorted vegetables threaded into a skewer. The traditional dish looks much more delicate looking than what you see here. Usually all the ingredients cut neatly in same length and lightly battered in flour and egg before cooking. We made this version at our previous Banchan Workshop #3 and we loved it. It was so yummy! This would also be a fun one to make with kids. You can have them thread each ingredients on the skewers. Enjoy!
